I'm standing on the ridge
of the Wimea Canyon,
Kauai, Hawaii. It's also
been called the Grand
Canyon of the Pacific by
Ernest Hemingway.
My Art Experience
Much of my past experience has been with a 35mm Leica film camera. In the late
Fifties and early Sixties I used my camera to earn money while going to college. I
photographed many different venues, including car races, portraits, and school
dances. I have taken thousands of pictures over the years and learned composition,
lighting, and perspective during this time.
As a Photographer
My interest in watercolor painting includes, but is not limited to, subjects such as,
sunsets, flowers, places, lighthouses, mountain scenes, trees, rocks, oceans,
beaches, rivers, and old buildings.
I will be adding paintings from time-to-time, so I encourage you to revisit my site to
see the latest additions!
While I sell mostly to local residents where I live, years ago I have successfully sold
several paintings on eBay to buyers all over the USA.
Recently, I have received two ribbons, one for a second place ribbon for a
watercolor painting, and one for a third place photograph, in local art exhibits here in
Fort Collins.
You will find my art work in the fine art gallery of Art on Mountain, 102 West Mountain
Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. The telephone number there is 970-412-4175.

My prices for photographs
range from $65 for framed
pieces of 5" x 7" prints on
glossy paper, and up to $300

All of my art, photo or
